CONCEPT

A composition inspired by the quiet rhythm of trees.

Vertical and intersecting lines emerge through a textured surface, suggesting a fragmented landscape — subtle, grounded and organic. The relief feels both structured and intuitive, capturing a sense of stillness shaped by time and material.

Rather than depicting nature directly, the work reflects its presence — through texture, depth and tone.

MATERIALS

The surface is finished with hand-applied layers of natural plaster, creating a deeply tactile texture with earthy tonal variation.

The sculptural surface interacts with light, revealing depth and shadow that shift throughout the day.

The piece is completed with a handcrafted wooden frame.
